In addition to our studio policies you agree to the following regarding monthly memberships:

  • All Monthly packages require a 3, 6 or 12 month commitment and agreement.
  • All classes must be reserved through our online scheduling system at least 12 hours in advance of class time.
  • All classes must be used within 1 month and do not rollover to following month. If you attend more classes than your monthly limit you will be charged accordingly.
  • We require a cancellation notice of at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled group reformer class, in order to avoid that class being deducted from your account.
  • We have a No Show policy. If you are registered for a class and do not show up, this is considered a No Show and will result in the class being deducted from your account.
  • Unlimited packages may take up to 2 classes per day. All other packages are limited to 1 class per day.
  • Monthly packages will automatically renew at the end of the commitment period. To cancel a renewal you must notify us via e-mail prior to your monthly payment being processed.
  • Termination Clause: if a Monthly package is canceled within the commitment period, there will be a charge of the difference between the commitment rate per class and the single purchase per class rate for all classes accrued.
  • In the event of death or disability of the client, their package could be canceled and the remaining Termination Clause provisions would not apply.
  • Instructors are subject to change and substitution can and will be made by studio management when necessary.

3, 6 and 12 month commitment members may freeze their accounts as follows:

3 Month Members:

  • The minimum freeze time is 1 week, the maximum freeze time is 2 weeks.
  • The total freeze time cannot exceed 3 weeks within each 3 month commitment period.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse any account freeze requests

6 and 12 Month Members:

  • The minimum freeze time is 1 week, the maximum freeze time is 2 weeks.
  • The total freeze time cannot exceed 6 weeks within each 6 month or 12 month commitment period.
  • Additional freezes will incur a $25 fee per freeze.
  • Management reserves the right to deny any account freeze requests.
